While My Choice understands that care is rendered in literally thousands of homes across Michigan, we bring a special approach centered in individualized service plans and community integration. We assess prospective residents well in advance of admission to insure a smooth transition into our program. Our focus is to ensure that care is geared toward helping them to regain independence and be re-integrated back into their communities.
